In order to attract a guy, gal or whomever in between, a nice ass goes a long way! So how are we going to build it up to make it nice and juicy to complement the cock that will follow it? Well there are a couple ways.
HRT:
The easiest but more long term way is HRT. HRT will cause fat to be placed in more feminine areas like the Ass. Giving you wider hips and more inviting bottom. This will take lots of time, and for the beginner sissy this is a lot of commitment especially if you're not quite sure yet. Even with HRT, this second way still may be needed.
Exercise:
Exercise is your best friend. Both in everyday life and in your sissy quest. While I'll talk more about other benefits of a good workout in future posts, today we're going to be talking about the ass. Developing muscle down there is going to fill it out and bring that feminine physique that you're looking for. Combine this with the right amount of body fat and you should find the curve you're looking for! Not only this, but the surrounding muscles will become even stronger too. Perfect for dealing with whatever may find it's way down there!
Here are some good exercises to get started with:

Squats:
When I talk about squats, I'm talking about those with a bar. While it may seem intimidating, you'll learn that squats can be both impressive and fun. However if you're a beginner, don't overdo yourself. Start with a lower weight and more reps and build up to higher weights. Keep your legs wide and lower your knees directly over them. Keep your back straight to avoid injury. Squats will build both your ass and thighs. #ThiccThighsSaveLives!
Lunges:
You can do lunges with or without weights. I find cowbells or dumbbells work best. Lunges are going to fill out all the muscles around your thighs that you wouldn't necessarily work, rounding out your physique.
Donkey Kicks:
Donkey Kicks are going to mainly target the ass but also give a little bit of support towards your core and arms. I would recommend doing these last and as many as you can do to even out any imbalanced muscle building done earlier.
I am not a trainer. Be safe when doing these workouts and if you feel pain stop. These workouts will be much more effective if done as close to failure as possible. This means that the close you can get to not being able to do another rep, the better you will have done. However, be careful on more dangerous exercises as not to hurt yourself. Do multiple sets of these exercises to truly develop your muscle.
Nutrition:
Alongside this muscle building, you need to properly eat. Consuming more protein in your day to day life is going to booster this muscle development and fill out your ass even further. If you see no improvements, this is most likely because your nutrition is wrong. If you are trying to lose weight, building muscle is going to be difficult. Focus on one or the other, not both. Keep in mind, a good layer of body fat is needed to round out these muscles so that you don't look skinny and get a plump physique.
These two methods are your best chance at getting a fuller and more firm ass. A nice ass and a sissy pussy come hand in hand. What more could you want?
